If you would like to return your product(s) to pdedancesupplies.com then simply return the product(s) to us within 28 days of receipt. You can request either an exchange or a refund but the products do need to be returned in their original unopened packaging with any tags still attached and be in a saleable condition.
If you are returning a product because you believe it to be faulty, then simply return the item with all of the original packaging and a brief description of the fault. If the product is found to be faulty then we will refund you the full purchase cost and the cost of your return postage.
All products returned for any reason must be sent with postage paid. We recommend using the the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service to ensure that your returned product(s) arrive safely. We cannot accept any responsibility for returns that are mislaid.
Please include with your returned product(s) a brief description as to what you are returning to us and why. If you wish to request an exchange, please include full written instructions as to which size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note that we can only offer an exchange if your requested alternative size is in stock. We reserve to right to give a refund instead of an exchange. 'Pre-loved costumes' are second hand products that have been worn before and may also have been altered slightly. These products are sold as seen.
For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges can only be offered for tights or dance underwear if they are returned in their original unopened packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
