How To Use The Wobble Board

In this video, Kimberley shows you how to use the Tendu wobble board to help improve your core strength, ankle stability and more.

By practising simple balance exercises on the wobble board, dance students will feel the benefit in much of their barre work, particularly in their strength and stability on demi pointe and on pointe.

The wobble board (also known as a balance board) can also help to improve every dancer's core strength, which in turn will improve their balance and control whilst dancing.
