International Delivery Also Available (Excluding to the E.U). Please note that following Brexit, unfortunately, we are unable to sell any items to customers in the E.U
Royal Mail Strike Action November to December.
You may have heard about the Royal Mail strikes during November and December 2022...
Don’t worry, at PDE we won’t use Royal Mail for U.K deliveries whilst the strikes are on.
We’ll be sending all U.K orders via Evri’s courier delivery service instead, until after the strikes have finished on December 24th.
What does this mean for you?
- You’ll still pay the same for U.K delivery, with three options from just £2.95 up to £5.49 (and free delivery available on orders over £45).
- You’ll still receive your orders as usual, within the same time frames.
- ‘Tracked 48 Hr’ orders will be sent by Evri’s next day delivery service, at no extra cost.
- Plus with every Evri delivery you can track your parcel online at every stage of the journey!
Overseas customers, please note: International orders to addresses outside of the U.K will still be sent by Royal Mail and they may take a few extra days to arrive.

We aim to dispatch all U.K orders within one working day. Customers who have selected 'Tracked 48 Hr' will be given priority over other orders for faster dispatch. Our normal working days are Monday to Friday.
Please note that large/heavy items such as wobble boards, yoga mats, large exercise balls, ankle weights, foam rollers, larger bags and some large or bulky clothing items and large books will be sent via an alternative parcel delivery service to Royal Mail (normally Evri) due to their size and weight. Please allow 2-4 working days for UK orders containing such items.
If you have selected Tracked 48 Hr delivery and your order contains large/heavy items, your order will be sent by Evri, with the fastest delivery time possible (next day delivery service, dispatched within 1 working day)
These large / heavy items are not available for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

Please note the following important delivery information: The delivery times stated within which you will receive your order are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore, we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Also please note that, unfortunately, we may have to wait up to 15 working days for UK orders (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit. This is to allow sufficient time for the delivery company to find and/or redeliver missing items.
We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Customers must ensure that delivery information is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any addresses that you have input incorrectly on our website.
